Carolina is a digital artists is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a B.F.A in Illustration with concentration in Concept Design, Animation and Games. On 2024 she graduated from Universidad de las Americas (UDLA) with a masters degree in Audiovisual Direction and Postproduction.

She believes that the artwork that resonates with people will always be the artwork they can identify with. As someone that grew up in Ecuador, a country known for is megadiversity of fauna and flora, she's been in contact with nature from a very young age. Therefore, her endless fascination towards nature and her love for illustration have become inseparable from one another

The works presented here are digital in nature, using both Photoshop and Procreate as necessary, allowing for higher control over both illustrative and design elements. The key phase in her process is an extensive study of color of each illustration, paying special attention to atmosphere, lighting effects and how these elements set the mood for the presentation of the final illustration.

As an audiovisual creator, her main medium is 2D animation using her previous illustration skills and motion graphics experience. She has experience in After Effects, PremierPro and DaVinci Resolve.

Her objective is to create a cohesive body of work that is suitable for the children's book, advertising/poster, package design and visual development fields.
